Andhracafe.com- The police are enforcing the helmet rule in all the major cities in the state. The move comes in the wake of the recent High Court order.

The traffic police have stated implementing the helmet rule in Visakhapatnam, Nizamabad, Kurnool, Kadapa, and Anantapur etc. In Vijayawada the police have put the rule in abeyance till April 1 in view of the shortage of helmets.

The police officials say that the helmet rule would be implemented strictly in all the municipal corporation limits in the state and violators would be penalized.
