The IndianHR.com has launched a new portal www.smsresume.com, which allows job seekers post their resumes through SMS.

The new website make it possible for those job seekers who have to apply urgently for a job and when there is no Internet connection available nearby. The users need to register at smsresume.com, upload one's resume on the site and then, whenever the need be, shoot off the resume by sending an SMS to 3030.

The website, integrates both mobile and Internet technology, and the resumes looks like as if it has been sent from the applicant's mail ID. One can also login into the personal account and keep a track of the previous SMS, like whether it was delivered or not, and to which mail ID and what time it was sent.
